عرفت الأستاذ أحمد عبد القادر منذ عام 1988 رجلا ذكي العقل والقلب وسيم الوجه واللسان يحب أهله حبا شديدا ويستمتع بالسعي في خدمتهم فأيقنت وما زلت موقنا أنه أحق بالنيابة عنهم في مجلس الشعب
ولقد صدقت الأيام يقيني واقتنع بالفكرة عام 2000 وعمل لها وعلى رغم معوقات تلك الفترة لم يفرط في آمال أهله المعقودة عليه
حتى تحققت البشرى عام 2005 فكان عين أهله التي يبصرون بها خفايا بلدهم ويدهم التي يحصلون بها على حقوقهم
وليس أدل على ذلك من حرص عصابة الحزب الوطني عام 2010 على استبعاده ليخلو لهم المجلس تماما
وهذا العام 2015 بعدما ترتبت الأوضاع الجديدة مهما كان رأينا فيها لم يكن يجوز للأستاذ أحمد عبد القادر ألا ينوب عن أهله في مجلس الشعب وكفته أرجح من كفة غيره بتلك المميزات السابقة نفسها التي لم تزدها الأيام إلا قوة وخبرة وحكمة لتكون الآمال معها فيه أكبر وأكثر وأشمل
أحييك يا أستاذ أحمد وأهنئك بمحبة أهلك الدالة حين تعم على محبة رب العالمين وأرى على أبواب اللجان حشود مؤيديك التي لم تخذلها لتخذلك
